August 18th, 2009 - First Doctor's Appointment

Johnny and I went to see my doctor, Dr. Randall Webb at North Cobb Women's Health. They had me pee in a cup and when the nurse came in she said that the strip really turned pink meaning that there was no doubt that I was pregnant. The doctor did an examination and could tell that my uterus was enlarged and soft. We consulted after the exam and based on my last menstrual cycle he calculated that my due date was: April 15, 2010. In the next few days I would become very nauseated (all day, not just morning) and it would last for about 6 weeks. I threw up only once and it was because I overate some microwaveable macaroni and cheese.
